  • Fees are a percentage of the candidate’s salary or a flat fee.

  • Yes. We aim to fill 100% of the roles listed on our platform.

• What happens if a client doesn’t provide feedback?

  • Clients are expected to respond within one week.

  • If no feedback is provided in two weeks, the role is automatically closed.

• Can I collaborate with other recruiters?

  • Any collaboration terms must be arranged between the participating recruiters.
